At Jaw Yoga Academy, we offer comprehensive online courses for holistic jaw health worldwide since 2018.

Jaw Yoga Instructors support individuals of all ages in naturally restoring relaxation to their jaws. In Jaw Yoga Mentoring, you'll learn how to achieve balance in your entire jaw system on all levels, prevent a variety of jaw issues, and understand and effectively address the multifaceted causes of jaw discomfort. This program focuses on personal experience (even if you don't have jaw issues yourself) and provides the theoretical and practical foundation for your work as a Jaw Yoga Instructor.

Upon successful completion of the mentoring program, you can enroll in the "Jaw Yoga Instructor Online Certification" course to kickstart your passion-driven business.

Within 5 weeks you will acquire trainer skills to professionally guide Jaw Yoga sessions, conduct excellent individual and group sessions both virtually and in person, and explore additional modules: Jaw Yoga BRAIN and Jaw Yoga MOVE.

  • Duration: 5 weeks including certification

There will be a practical examination online via Zoom within one month after the course ends. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate and can officially work as a Jaw Yoga Instructor.
